Getting started
Astrum Audio lets you control and personalise your Astrum Bluetooth earbuds and headphones — equaliser, noise control, touch gestures, battery, find-my, and more.
- Pair your Astrum device in your iPhone’s Settings → Bluetooth so you can hear audio.
- Open Astrum Audio and tap Add device — the app finds your device and connects for control.
- The first time, iPhone shows a Bluetooth pairing prompt — tap Pair.
Frequently asked questions
Which Astrum devices work with the app?
Astrum Audio supports current-generation Astrum Bluetooth earbuds and headphones (for example the Astrum Ease Go and Astrum Duoz Pro10). Not every Astrum audio product is app-controllable — older models and some devices use a different Bluetooth system and won’t appear in the app. Those still work as normal audio devices; they’re just paired and used from your iPhone’s Bluetooth settings. If your device doesn’t show up after following the steps above, it may not be a supported model.
The app connected, but there’s no sound.
The app’s control connection and audio are separate on iPhone. To hear sound, open Settings → Bluetooth and tap your Astrum device there to connect it for audio. iOS only allows audio to be connected from Settings.
My device isn’t showing up in the app.
Make sure the device is powered on and near your phone. Take earbuds out of the charging case. If it still doesn’t appear, close and reopen the app, or toggle Bluetooth off and on in iPhone Settings.
Can I change what the touch gestures do?
Yes — on supported earbuds, open Touch controls and tap any gesture to reassign its function. Changes save to your earbuds instantly.
Does the app work without an Astrum device?
The Sleep sounds feature works on its own — no device needed. All other features require a connected Astrum device.
What data does the app collect?
None that leaves your device. The app has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
