User Agreement & Terms of Service

Applies to both Website and Mobile Applications

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Astrum World Inc (“Astrum”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This User Agreement & Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs your use of:

  • Websites, including www.astrumworld.com
  • Mobile Applications, including the Astrum Audio App
  • Connected Devices, such as Astrum headphones, wearables, and accessories
  • Any related online services, support tools, or software

By accessing or using any Astrum product or service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the legal minimum age in your country of residence to use our services. By using our platform, you confirm you meet these requirements.

  1. License and Intellectual Property

Astrum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Use our websites for informational or shopping purposes
  • Install and operate our apps for personal, non-commercial use
  • Interact with Astrum-connected devices through authorized software

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Astrum software
  • Copy, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
  • Use the services for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes

All content, logos, interfaces, software, and technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Astrum World Inc.

  1. User Accounts and Access

Some services require registration or login. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this Agreement.

  1. Services, Features, and Software Updates

Your experience may include:

  • Wireless pairing, EQ/ANC customization, and firmware updates
  • Integration with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Assistant, iOS Siri, Qualcomm chipsets)
  • Real-time device status tracking and profile syncing

Features may change without prior notice. We may push automatic updates to enhance security or performance.

  1. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Astrum services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or rights of others
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
  • Interfere with or disrupt platform performance or user experience
  1. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect (device info, app usage, user preferences)
  • How we use it (service delivery, personalization, analytics)
  • How we store and protect it
  • Your rights under laws like GDPR, CCPA, and POPIA

You may manage your preferences or withdraw consent at any time within the app or by contacting us.

Astrum services may include integrations with:

  • Qualcomm firmware and Bluetooth protocols
  • Google, Apple, or Amazon voice assistant platforms
  • Analytics or cloud infrastructure providers

Astrum is not responsible for the content, data use, or service quality of third-party tools. Their usage is subject to their respective terms and policies.

  1. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or availability

Astrum disclaims all responsibility for service disruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrum World Inc shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Device malfunctions due to unauthorized use or third-party software
  • Platform downtimes or security breaches caused by external actors
  1. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access if:

  • You violate this Agreement or applicable laws
  • Your account is used for fraudulent or harmful activity
  • Continued access poses security or reputational risks

You may terminate your account or uninstall the app at any time.

  1. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

  1. Modifications to Terms

Astrum may modify this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be:

  • Posted on our website and/or
  • Presented within the app at next launch

By continuing to use the services, you agree to the updated terms.
